Clone a BOOTABLE drive mac OS X 10.2

Hello.. I have been trying to find a way to make a Bootable Clone of the small HDD on this MAC.  From what I have read the only Utility to do this is with Carbon Clone Copier  ( V 2.2 or 2.3 )

I have tried many links reported to take me to the relevant file but all links seem to be dead relating these versions.

Can anyone of you experts advise me if there is a Cloning program that works on OS X 10.2 which will make a Bootable HDD.

Thanks on advance

If you have a bootable OS X CD, you could boot from that and just clone the drive in Disk Utility.
