Oracle Client for PowerPC Linux

Perhaps a long-shot here - I wondered if any of you had this software or knew how to get hold of it.  My brother has been trying to locate it but can find no source for it, only mention of its existence.  The business he works for runs Oracle related platforms of other types but would like to test a PowerPC implementation.  Here's a quote from my brother on the specifics:

"I need Oracle Server or Client (NOT "Instant Client") for powerpc linux, 64-bit. The "Instant Client" is available for a bunch of things, but it doesn't include the sqlldr (SQL*Loader) in the tools package. The only solution anyone has on the internet for using sqlldr with Instant Client is to copy it and another file from a server install, but there are no actual Linux PPC Oracles available."
